Cindy Arlinghaus Rich is a CPA originally from Petersburg, KY. She currently resides in Hebron with her husband and step-son.

Prior to running for the Boone County PVA office, Cindy was a Certified Public Accountant at VonLehman & Company, Inc. in Ft. Mitchell, KY for 5 years. She also worked at attorney firms Arnzen, Parry & Wentz (currently Parry, Deering, Futscher & Sparks) as well as Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald.

Cindy graduated from Thomas More College summa cum laude. She has bachelors’ degrees in Accounting, Business Administration & Economics. She also graduated co-valedictorian of Conner High School.

Cindy’s biggest priority for the Boone County PVA office is to automate the office, updating the technology and making it more accessible to the public. This website is one of her first endeavors to doing so.
